Carpentry

Carpentry is the original Grassano trade. I install and build custom cabinets, bookcases, fireplace mantels and more. 

CROWN MOLDING

Whether it’s antique or new, traditional or modern, crown molding is an art that requires attention to detail. 

LEAKS & CLOGS

It’s a dirty job,  but I’m always ready to do it. If it gets too hairy, we aren't too proud to call other professionals in. 

Decking

If your deck needs some sprucing up, we can repair or replace it. Let us know what your vision is, and we will make it happen. 

wood rot

Do you need a house under contract to pass inspection? Has standing water rotted out your door jambs? We can fix these (and other!) wood rot problems in a variety of ways, for a variety of budgets. 

Cleaning

Everyone knows hiring a cleaning company during move-in/move-out times in Gainesville is nearly impossible. Cleaning isn't our advertised specialty, but this is a service we offer. (We don't do weekly subscription services, though. Sorry!)

punch lists and work orders

We offer move-in/move-out punch list services. We can use our own template, or one you already have. While we walk the space with the tenant, we make note of things that need to be repaired or replaced, and provide a quote to you at no additional charge or obligation.

We can install the right stuff for your bathroom or kitchen.

FIXTURES

Got a chandelier or ceiling fan you need installed? We got this.

blinds and curtains

We can remove and replace blinds or curtains for your home or your rental. Easy peasy, lemon squeazy.

paint and patching

If your space needs some sprucing up, we can patch and paint until it looks brand new. 

FLOORING

We can take out and install any kind of flooring. It is a quick way to add value to your home for a small price. 

exterior work

Does your bush need trimming? Do you have a tree that fell over? While we don't offer weekly subscription services, we do provide one-time services for over-the-top yard work. We will also repair your fence, replace your gate, paint the exterior of your home, and much more. Also, we will tell you when a job is too large, and a professional tree service needs to come in... we are honest like that!
