A former law enforcement officer, Robbie has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. This Philadelphian is an accomplished carpenter and can fix nearly anything (including motors!). Some of Robbie's skills: carpentry, welding, fabricating, making old stuff look new again, and installing just about anything. When he isn't working hard, he enjoys riding his Harley, relaxing, and spending time as a newlywed with his wife, Ashley.

the Designer
Ashley has her Bachelors degree in design from the University of Florida. She decided that wasn't enough, so she ended up getting her Masters degree in building construction from UF as well. She is OSHA certified and acts as RRG Concepts' safety coordinator, estimator, project manager, grunt worker, etc. Ashley has experience in construction estimating, project management, design, branding, and 3D visualization. When Ashley isn't working as the BIM|CAD Coordinator for UF, adjunct professor at Santa Fe College, or working at RRG Concepts, she enjoys long walks with the three Grassano dogs, painting, gardening, Pure Barre, running, and drinking Mai Tais by the pool.
